Life in Sderot

Terrorists in Gaza continue to target Sderot, a city that is recognized as a part of Israel. Here is a glimpse of what Sderot residents have been living with.Hamas very recently announced that they are willing to offer a one year ceasefire, provided that the western Negev crossings are open. Realistically speaking, Hamas wants one year to re-group and receive more weapons from Iran. Israel should not accept such ridiculous terms. In order for any kind of ceasefire to occur, Hamas should turn over the kidnapped soldier, Gilad Shalit. A one year ceasefire doesn't offer much security to citizens in Southern Israel. Rocketfire must be stopped from Gaza to Israel. It is quite unfortunate that the minute Gaza was turned over to Palestinians there was an increase in terrorism. The Palestinians should have turned their attention to building a country for themselves and offer their children a viable future, but failed once more.
