I saw the original video too. They are using Danny Cline on that anti Semitic Occupy movement TV ad but it's edited out of context. Danny Cline says that he's Jewish and he also calls a seeming African American man by the "n" word! It's false to use him in that ad. Just shows you can't believe what you see on TV....YouTube is better!

That's a fair point. I've been curious as to why NATO deemed Libya a greater threat than Iran or Syria. Iran is arguably a greater threat to the U.S. than Libya or Iraq. I asked an expert this question just a few weeks ago. It isn't very clear what prompted U.S./NATO action in Libya over Iran. In fact, as I mentioned in this piece, there is a very strong chance a government far worse and much more unfriendly than Gaddafi's could take power in Libya.

I think that their economic principles are irrelevant and extraneous to the circumstances that we as a people are in. We came within a day or two of a global economic collapse in the Fall of 2008. Had it happened we would now be in a depression, not "at recession risk". There is going to be hell to pay for the way that our domination of the global economy has deteriorated over the past 30 to 40 years. It's going to take someone extraordinary like an FDR to make any difference.

I agree with Vitner, but the bigger issue is that both political parties have become part of the problem not the solution. Since this July article things have gotten worse, not better. We are approaching a very pivotal national election in 2012.
